Receipt PO - Upon receipt of purchase order it is reviewed for customer requirements and project specifications.            Design - Our engineering team will review customer requirements and standards for each individual project such as material specifications, heat-treat and tolerance. Based on these criteria we decide the best solution for the development stages. Customer approval is required before purchasing and manufacturing process of materials begins. Order steel - Our high quality process employs only steel which is purchased directly from Crucible Service Centre our American supplier. This ensures quality certified steel meeting stringent requirements. Machining - Our high precision turning and milling centres along with skilled trades people ensures that your job is done once and done correctly to ensure quality and on time delivery. Heat treat - This process allows our heat treat to relieve stresses and temper your tools as required. We leave the heat treat process to a facility that specializes in broach handling and is certified by MTI. While outsourced this ensures customer product is handled according to industry guidelines. Grinding - Sharpening, cylindrical grinding and Spline/Form grinding is done in house on our precision grinders. Our grinding processes ensure flatness, concentricity and squareness of all tooling.            Inspect - Our quality control team guarantees tools are made in accordance to drawing specs. Tools that do not meet these requirements are corrected and re-qualified before shipping. Our team uses the latest inspection equipment available to meet customer's quality demands. Delivery - Our dedicated logistics personnel coordinate Local and North American deliveries. Special attention is paid to cross border shipments to ensure tools are delivered to your facilities on time.
